ATTRACTION RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All Guests are required to make a reservation, either online or as a walk-up visitor at the center. If you choose not to book ahead and make an online reservation, our Admissions team will book you onto the next available timeslot when you arrive.

2. Please note that all adults must have at least one child (12 and under) in their party to enter.

3. Children must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over) at all times at Planet Playskool, New Jersey.

4. No outside food or drink is allowed, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.

5. Planet Playskool, New Jersey is a weapon-free attraction. No weapons are permitted inside.

6. Participation in select activities requires the removal of shoes and wearing of socks. Socks are available for purchase.

1. Can Adults Visit Planet Playskool Without A Child?

Adults must be accompanied by children to attend Planet Playskool.

2. What Is The Cancellation & Refund Policy for Advanced Purchase Tickets?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you need to change your reservation to a different date, our onsite team will be more than happy to assist you and tickets are valid for 12 months from purchase.

3. When Is The Best Time To Visit And Can I Exit and Re-Enter?

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online. Your ticket is valid for the arrival at your chosen timeslot and you may stay as long as you want. Re-entry after exit is not permitted.

4. Can I Bring My Own Food & Drink?

We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children. Planet Playskool, New Jersey encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as beverages in our Easy-Bake Café.

5. Why Do I Need To Book A Date And Time For My Visit?

When booking your ticket, you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry into the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

6. How Do I Get To The Attraction And Where Do I Park?

You can find Planet Playskool near Parking Deck A, on Level 1 close to Neiman Marcus.

7. What If We Are Late For Our Reservation?

Guests who are 30 minutes or more late will be admitted as soon as possible but may need to wait until the next available timeslot.

8. Is The Center Suitable For Guests with Disabilities/Wheelchair Users?

Yes, we are fully accessible for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. We do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals at our attraction.

9. Does My Child Need A Ticket?

All children ages 2 and over need a ticket. Children under 2 are FREE.

10. Are Your Staff First Aid Trained?

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at Planet Playskool, New Jersey who are trained in First Aid.

11. Do I Have To Make A Reservation If I Have An Annual Pass?

No. If you have an Annual Pass, you can get your pass scanned before entering the attraction.

12. What age range is Planet Playskool most suited to?

Our attraction is designed ideally for 3–9-year-olds.

13. Do adults and caregivers also need to purchase a ticket to attend?

Yes, all adults and children ages 2 and up need to purchase a ticket to attend. Children under the age of 2 are free.
