POLICIES & GUIDELINES NOTICE

1. All guests require a reservation to enter. Tickets may be booked online or as a walk-up. To book online visit www.planetplayskool.com. Those wishing to book immediately please inquire inside at the Admissions desk for availability.

2. A minimum of one adult is required to accompany a minimum of one child aged 12 years or younger to enter.

3. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and older, and the adult must be present for the full duration of the visit.

4. Children may not be left unsupervised at any time.

5. Participation in select activities requires the removal of shoes and wearing of socks. Socks are available for purchase.

6. Food and beverage items are available for purchase at the Easy Bake Café. Outside food and beverage items are not permitted inside Planet Playskool. Exceptions will be made for adults caring for infants and/or children with food allergies.

7. CCTV is in operation throughout the facility for the purposes of safety and security.

8. Smoking, vaping, use of cannabis, illicit substances and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited.

9. Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind are prohibited.

10. Guests not adhering to a policy or guideline are subject to expulsion from the premises.

11. Planet Playskool reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at their sole discretion.

12. Re-admission to Planet Playskool is not permitted after exiting the attraction.

1. Can Adults Visit Planet Playskool Without A Child?

Adults must be accompanied by children to attend Planet Playskool.

2. What Is The Cancellation & Refund Policy for Advanced Purchase Tickets?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you need to change your reservation to a different date, our onsite team will be more than happy to assist you and tickets are valid for 12 months from purchase.

3. When Is The Best Time To Visit And Can I Exit and Re-Enter?

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online. Your ticket is valid for the arrival at your chosen timeslot and you may stay as long as you want. Re-entry after exit is not permitted.

4. Can I Bring My Own Food & Drink?

We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children. Planet Playskool, New Jersey encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as beverages in our Easy-Bake Café.

5. Why Do I Need To Book A Date And Time For My Visit?

When booking your ticket, you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry into the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

6. How Do I Get To The Attraction And Where Do I Park?

You can find Planet Playskool near Parking Deck A, on Level 1 close to Neiman Marcus.

7. What If We Are Late For Our Reservation?

Guests who are 30 minutes or more late will be admitted as soon as possible but may need to wait until the next available timeslot.

8. Is The Center Suitable For Guests with Disabilities/Wheelchair Users?

Yes, we are fully accessible for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. We do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals at our attraction.

9. Does My Child Need A Ticket?

All children ages 2 and over need a ticket. Children under 2 are FREE.

10. Are Your Staff First Aid Trained?

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at Planet Playskool, New Jersey who are trained in First Aid.

11. Do I Have To Make A Reservation If I Have An Annual Pass?

No. If you have an Annual Pass, you can get your pass scanned before entering the attraction.

12. What age range is Planet Playskool most suited to?

Our attraction is designed ideally for 3–9-year-olds.

13. Do adults and caregivers also need to purchase a ticket to attend?

Yes, all adults and children ages 2 and up need to purchase a ticket to attend. Children under the age of 2 are free.
